Quoted prices are for current stock only and are subject to change due to supplier price changes, market factors or exchange rate fluctuations. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the quotation date and for existing stock only. All quotations are subject to our payment terms, which require full payment before the release of goods. VAT is payable on all invoices. Please confirm stock availability and pricing when ordering.
Any item not specified is excluded from quotation. Delivery, installation, and electrical work are excluded unless specifically quoted for.
Where goods are not collected by the Customer, but is collected or delivered by an independent carrier, collection/delivery to the carrier shall be deemed to be delivery to the Customer. Once goods leave Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd)’s premises, risk passes to the Customer. Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd) accepts no liability for loss, delay, or damage in transit, and the Customer must insure such goods if desired.
All advice, recommendations, or technical information supplied by Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd) are provided in good faith for general guidance only. The Customer remains solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for its intended application. Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd) shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on such advice.
Products have a manufacturing warranty against faulty workmanship and components for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of supply (solar batteries, lights, and fans excluded). Charge controllers carry a three (3) month warranty, valid only if installed correctly. Power surges or unstable electricity supply are not covered by the warranty.
All warranty claims are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Beneke Industries has no control over the duration of the manufacturer’s assessment and cannot guarantee turnaround times once the unit has been submitted for evaluation. All warranty claims are subject to the product being returned to Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd) at the Customer’s own cost and risk. The Customer is responsible for delivering the product to our premises for assessment and for collecting it once the claim has been processed.
The warranty only applies to the product/s supplied and not to the functioning of the system in which the product/s is/are used.
The warranty does not cover faulty installations. A qualified electrician must install the product and issue you with a valid COC. The Customer acknowledges that improper installation, wiring, or system design will void the warranty. Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd) shall not be held responsible for installation-related failures.
Order cancellations are subject to a 15% handling fee. Non-stock items orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Please note for all returns there will be a 15% handling fee charged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you within 21 days of the approval or rejection of your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Returns of regular stock items must be made within 7 days and are subject to handling fees. Cut cables, fuses and batteries are non-returnable. If we had to order special components that we do not stock the items cannot be returned.
There are no returns for solar batteries. If you feel the battery is not performing, please send Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd) the battery monitoring data, we will then discuss the matter with our suppliers.
Take note that none of the staff at Beneke Industries are allowed to do any installations or give advice on installations.
Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of the use or failure of any product supplied.
Beneke Industries Pty (Ltd) accepts no responsibility for damages, injury, or loss arising from installation, use or misuse of any product.
By placing an order or accepting a quotation, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
